Running costs
Running costs (AI usage and light hosting) are usually about 5–15% of the build price per year, paid directly by you. For a $1,499 helper, that's roughly $75–$225 a year.
Changes and care
Every build includes a tuning window. After that, helpers are built to run on their own. If you want us watching over it and making changes as your business changes, we'll quote that separately.

What does it cost?
Every build is a fixed price, starting at $499 and paid upfront. Bigger helpers are $1,499 or $2,999. You'll know the exact number before any work starts. Running costs for AI usage and hosting are usually about 5–15% of the build price per year, paid directly by you.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The helper runs on accounts in your name, and you own the code, the prompts, the setup, and the tests. If you ever want someone else to run or change it, nothing has to be untangled.
Why paid upfront?
Because the price is fixed and the scope is agreed before we start. You know the number on day one, and we're on the hook to deliver it. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
What's not included?
Running costs for AI usage and hosting, which you pay directly (usually 5–15% of the build price per year), and any paid software the helper connects to that you don't already have. We'll list both before you pay.
Will it pay for itself?
Well-scoped helpers often pay for themselves in two to six months, usually by winning back jobs that used to slip away. If we can't see how yours would, we'll say so on the call.
