What does it cost?
Every build is a fixed price, starting at $499 and paid upfront. Bigger helpers are $1,499 or $2,999. You'll know the exact number before any work starts. Running costs for AI usage and hosting are usually about 5–15% of the build price per year, paid directly by you.
How long until it's working?
About a week. A single-job helper goes live in 5 to 7 business days, and bigger ones take up to 12. After launch there's a 2- to 4-week tuning window where we adjust it against real use.
Will it message my customers without asking me?
Only the messages you've approved ahead of time, like a missed-call text or a reminder, in wording you signed off on. Anything unusual, costly, or that needs your judgment comes to you first. No money moves unless you've said it can.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The helper runs on accounts in your name, and you own the code, the prompts, the setup, and the tests. If you ever want someone else to run or change it, nothing has to be untangled.
Do I have to change my phone number or software?
Usually not. Helpers work with the tools you already use, like your business line, Google Business Profile, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, or your calendar, as long as the tool has a way in. We confirm that before you pay anything.
What if it gets something wrong?
Every helper is tested against real examples from your business before launch, can only reach the tools you give it, and logs what it does. If something's off during the tuning window, we fix it. When it's unsure, it hands off to you instead of guessing.
What if an off-the-shelf tool would do the job?
Then we'll tell you, and you should buy the tool. A short honest call is cheaper for both of us than a build that shouldn't happen.
