Sound familiar?

A good fit is work that repeats, touches more than one tool, and has a clear right answer. See more workflow examples.

What an AI agent actually does

An AI agent is software that does a multi-step job for you. It reads what comes in, looks things up in your tools, drafts or flags the result, and hands anything important to you to approve.

A chatbot answers questions, while an agent gets work done. See how we build AI agents.

Fixed-price Agent Sprints

EngagementPriceTypical timelineWhat it covers
Focused$1,5005–7 business days1 revision round. 2-week tuning window after launch. One job, one pass: reads, drafts or flags, and stops.
Connected$2,5007–9 business days2 revision rounds. 3-week tuning window. Several sources feed one decision, with a scoring or ranking step.
Full-Scope$4,00010–12 business days2 revision rounds. 4-week tuning window. Multi-step work with layered decisions and memory across runs.

All Sprints are fixed scope, fixed price, paid upfront. Bigger jobs: medium builds $6,000–$11,000 (4–8 weeks), advanced $14,000+ (8+ weeks). Running costs are usually about 5–15% of setup per year for AI usage and light hosting, paid by you (for example, roughly $125–$375 a year for a $2,500 agent, as a rule of thumb). Well-scoped projects often pay for themselves in two to six months.

Support is available after the tuning window, but agents are built to run on their own, so most owners won't need it.

How it works

An Agent Sprint has four steps. You stay in the loop where a wrong result would be costly to undo.

  1. 1

    Call

The first call is free. Tell us the job you're tired of. We check whether an agent is the right fix, or whether an off-the-shelf tool already does it.

  2. 2

    Plan

Agree what done right looks like, which tools the agent can touch, and where you approve.

  3. 3

    Build

Fixed price, delivered in the Sprint window, and tested against real examples from your business before launch.

  4. 4

    Tune

We adjust it against real use during the tuning window.

Works with the tools you already use

The agent can work with email, spreadsheets, your customer list, your help desk, and your order or accounting system, as long as the tool has a stable connection or export. That includes tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, Square, Google Workspace, and HubSpot.

You stay in control

  • The agent drafts, routes, or flags, and a person approves anything expensive to undo.
  • It can only reach the tools and permissions you give it, and every action is logged.
  • It works from your real data, not guesses.
  • It is tested against real examples before launch.
  • You own it: code, prompts, tool setup, and tests.

Nothing goes out to a customer, and no money moves, unless you've said it can.

When you shouldn't hire us

  • An off-the-shelf tool already does it.
  • The process changes every month.
  • Nobody can say what a correct result looks like.

If a cheaper tool will do, we'll tell you.
